the unexpected

YOU

inspiration + meditation + nutrition + dance

Experience YOU in a soul new way!

When was the last time you connected with yourself in an unexpected way? Set some time aside for yourself and join us at The Unexpected YOU workshop on Friday, September 21 at CH/LL Chicago — a magnificent space designed for calm. During this one-of-a-kind experience, you will connect more deeply with yourself through inspirational talk, meditation, nutrition and dance — yes, we will dance!

The morning starts with an Unexpected YOU presentation followed by a group meditation led by a talented CH/LL instructor.  We will break for a healthy lunch and hear from health coach Leah Bostrom about ways we can use nutrition to connect with ourselves.  And we will end the day with dance.  Julie Burman Kaplan of Ruth Page, Hubbard Street and River North Dance Chicago fame will teach us a choreographed dance that we will perform together.

This workshop helps connect you to your most important audience — YOU! Come with a friend, a client, a teammate, or by yourself.  Space is limited so don’t miss out on an opportunity to discover YOU in a soul new way!
